Print and complete the
registration form.

Workshop Fees. The workshop fee of $650
must be received by May 23, 2008. School district purchase
orders are acceptable and may be faxed (806-766-1069) or mailed.
Make all payments to: Lubbock Independent School
District.

Parking permit. All of the course classes
will take place on LISD campuses and parking there is free. If you are
staying on the Texas Tech campus, those parking fees will be paid at your
dorm arrival.

If you plan to stay on the Texas Tech
campus, please book your accommodations through the university. Please
download a separate registration and payment form at:
www.lubbockisd.org/finearts.htm Housing reservation forms and are sent
to a different address than Initiative registration and must be received
by May 16, 2008.

Campus meal plans can be purchased in
advance or upon arrival. There is also an abundance of restaurants near
the Tech campus, & the lunch meal is catered daily on site.

list will be sent to you after you register.

Undergraduate or graduate credit may be
