About KONY
The Kodály Organization of New York enjoys twenty years of leadership in music education. KONY provides a forum for music teachers who wish to teach according to the Kodály concept. Every year KONY presents three workshops featuring top musicians from around the world and a well-received choral festival involving choruses from the tri-state area.

KONY’s Seventeenth Annual Children’s Choral Festival WEDNESDAY, April 16, 2008 KODÁLY ORGANIZATION OF NEW YORK—SEVENTEENTH ANNUAL CHILDREN'S CHORAL FESTIVAL KONY is pleased to announce that Voices United!, the Seventeenth Annual Children's Choral Festival open to treble choirs in grades 3–8, will take place on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at The Community Church of New York, located at 40 East 35th Street in Manhattan. The Festival includes Choral, Feldenkrais, and Folk Dancing sessions for each choir to attend. The day will culminate in the Voices United! Concert, where each choir will perform 1–2 of their own selections, as well as the three Festival Selections.
