The Organization of American Kodály Educators cordially invites you to be an Exhibitor at its National Conference in Columbus, Ohio, March 21‐24, 2019. Our theme is Heart & Hand, Mind & Ear: Kodály’s Musical Balance. We expect over 500 conference attendees, made up of music teachers, administrators, and higher education faculty; in addition to approximately 500 national conference choir students and their families. The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Columbus, 350 N High Street, Columbus, Ohio.
Exhibitors and sponsors play an essential role in the success of the OAKE National Conferences. Conference exhibits provide teachers and administrators an opportunity to examine and purchase materials relating to the enhancement of music education. This includes choral and instrumental materials, children’s literature with musical themes, musical instruments, audio and video recordings, computer software, musical giftware, music classroom supplies and so much more. You may be interested to know that many attendees also “shop” the exhibits to purchase a “conference souvenir” for themselves or their children. Sponsors help support the many different events and components of our conference while providing an excellent opportunity to market their brand to our attendees.

Sponsors and exhibitors will upload the following on their reservation form:
- Web and print‐ready official company logos
- Company Website URL and company description
- Exhibit description
- Banner image to be included in our GuideBook app
EXHIBIT BOOTH INFORMATION
Each basic exhibit space will include one draped 6’ table, two side chairs and a waste basket. The OAKE office will be coordinating the exhibit area and will send out info packets to registered exhibit participants.
Move-In Time: Thursday, March 22, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
Thursday, March 22 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Friday, March 23 9:00 am – 4:45 pm
Saturday, March 24 9:00 am – 1:30 pm
Move-Out Time: Saturday, March 24, 1:30 – 5:00 pm
All exhibitors receive acknowledgement in the Kodály Envoy, the official quarterly journal of OAKE; Acknowledgement in printed and digital conference materials; Complimentary attendance at the daytime concerts; three exhibitor badges; Complimentary access to the digital conference notebook.
