Hotel Maps

The Palmer Hotel has split level floors that have stairwells in the way. If you cannot use the stairs, follow the ADA instructions to reach the correct elevators. 

Palmer House Elevators

The 11-bank elevator is the main hotel elevator
The 4-bank elevator is on STREET LEVEL, 3rd floor, 5th floor, and 6th floor. *It is not accessible from the lobby level*. 
How to switch between elevators: Go to STREET LEVEL or the 6th floor

ADA Instructions

Breakout Sessions (Lower side of 3rd floor): From the street level or 6th floor, use the 4-bank elevators to the 3rd floor toward Salon rooms
Chicago Room (5th floor): From the street level or 6th floor, use the 4-bank elevators to the 5th floor
OAKE Registration/Volunteer Desk: (4th floor): Use the 11-bank elevators to the 4th floor
State+Grand Ballrooms (4th floor): Use the 11-bank elevators to the 4th floor
Wabash (Upper side of 3rd floor): Use the 11-bank elevators to the 3rd floor, then take a right
Children’s/Youth Choir Rehearsals (6th floor; not split): Use the 11-bank elevators to the 6th floor
High School Choir Rehearsals (lobby level): Both rooms have a stairwell at the entrance. Small elevators are available.
